Property across Palawan, town by town.
Palawan has 23 municipalities and one city, Puerto Princesa, spread along a 450 km mainland and more than 1,700 islands. Land prices, road access, power and title status change a lot from one town to the next, so we list every property by municipality and barangay.

Puerto Princesa City
Puerto Princesa is the provincial capital and Palawan's main gateway, with the international airport, hospitals, schools and the widest choice of titled residential, commercial and farm land.
Northern Palawan
Northern mainland Palawan runs up the national highway from Roxas to San Vicente, Taytay and El Nido. It is the province's tourism corridor, with beachfront, island and farm land; road access and title status vary a great deal from lot to lot.
Calamian Islands
The Calamian Islands are reached through Busuanga airport or by sea, and are best known for Coron. Demand is strongest for tourism and beachfront land, and most lots are reached by boat or rough road.
Southern Palawan
Southern Palawan, from Aborlan down the national highway to Bataraza and Balabac, is mostly agricultural: rice, coconut and plantation land, usually at lower prices per square metre than the north.
Island municipalities
Palawan's outlying island municipalities in the Sulu Sea and the West Philippine Sea are reached by boat or light aircraft. Properties here come up rarely, so talk to us before you travel.
